Southbank’s Pure South Dining will transform into a miniature Gourmet Isle. Eat and drink your way through the Tamar, Coal River, Derwent and Huon Valleys, the Cradle Coast, North East and East Coast.
This roving feast is an unrivalled tasting of Tasmania’s best wines, accompanied by regionally-tailored food by Pure South.
Aside from meeting and talking to the growers and makers themselves, you’ll get the rare opportunity to taste back vintages brought from their personal cellars.
