Have you ever made your way along the Tamar Valley Wine Route? Here wilderness meets historic streetscapes, as visitors travel a path that traverses the history-steeped region around Launceston. For those that fancy the path less travelled, you’ll be right at home along Tasmania’s North West Wine Trail – from Cradle Mountain to the Coast. Or maybe you like to stay close to the capital city, tipping a toe in the rural outskirts of Hobart and take a trip along the Southern Wine Trail. A pristine path where the soil is rich, the water is pure and the food moves fresh from paddock to plate. No wonder southern Tasmania is considered a haven for native and travelling foodies. Plus there’s the Museum of Old & New Art, on the site of Tasmania’s oldest winery, Moorilla. VIN Diemen features: Nocton, Moorilla, Domaine A and Meadowbank.
